Review

This set of ANZAC infantry (ANZAC being Australian and New Zealand Army Corps) complements the rest of the Matchbox World War 2 range, and maintains the high standard of that company.

The generous 19 poses means the set comes with all the figures most people could want. This includes a mortar, a heavy machine gun, and a pack mule. All the figures are kited out for service in tropical conditions and are ideal for action in the Far East theatre. Detail is excellent and there is very little flash.

As with all the other Matchbox sets, this one was created in 1:76 scale, but the difference in size between this and other makes is barely noticeable and does not detract from an excellent set.
